HD regulation – Pressure control device

Integrated into the VCR fan, the HIGROdynamic automated system adapts the fan speed to the opening degree of the HIGRO® AERECO diffusers and grilles. This means that the electronic system lowers the fan speed at low flow volumes, adapting to the lower airflow resistance in the ducts, and increases the fan speed at higher airflow volumes caused by the open dampers of the hygroregulated grilles. The HIGROdynamic automated system prevents improper operation of the ventilation system, in particular excessive noise from grilles and diffusers at low humidity. The automated regulation of operating parameters reduces the fan’s energy consumption.

EC motors : an energy efficiency guaranteed

The electronic commutation motor of the VCR roofs exhausts fans offers an optimized consumption all the time. Associated to the pressure control device, it automatically adjusts the consumed power to the requested airflow, while maintaining a constant pressure. This way, VCR roofs exhausts fans cover a wide range of uses with the lowest energy consumption.

Easy to maintain

VCR roofs fans integrate a cover allowing direct access to the motor for impeller cleaning. Only four screws have to be loosen to get access inside the fan. The automatic HD contains integrated switch allows for maintenance work.

Thanks to a combination between high quality material and the demand-controlled ventilation concept, the VCR roofs fans lifetime is substantially increased
