Development of 50 detached and semi-detached houses in Roscam, Galway, built by O’Malley Construction.

This project was equipped with Aereco ventilation systems:
– EMM Window-mounted humidity sensitive air inlets were used in the living rooms and bedrooms.
– BXC demand controlled exhaust units were used in the bathrooms, kitchen and utility rooms. They provide the right amount of exhaust ventilation and are connected to the V4A fan.

Exhaust units

The BXC² exhaust unit incorporates all the functions one could request from an air exhaust unit. With various activation modes such as humidity, presence for example, the BXC² exhaust unit automaticaly adjusts the level of ventilation according to occupants’ needs in all situations, all rooms.

EMM²

Air inlets

With its slim design (only 31 mm thickness), the EMM² is optimised to discreetly integrate on windows.
