Humidity: a significant indicator of ventilation needs
Main cause of claims in dwellings, the excess of humidity is often the consequence of a lack of ventilation, or a bad-managed ventilation. Moreover, the relative humidity rate is known to be a reliable indicator of the indoor pollution and of the need to ventilate.
It is for that reasons that Aereco has chosen to modulate the airflow mainly according to the relative humidity, and to create the humidity sensitive ventilation system.
Humidity: a determining factor for a healthy building and for healthy occupants
In liquid or vapour form, water appears as the first cause of problems in the building sector. Small quantities of vapour are enough to cause a direct and indirect effect on the occupants health and on the building. If a relative moisture ranging between 40 and 60 % is essential to the correct functioning of the respiratory system, then too much moisture turns out to be harmful for the building and occupants.
