The air circulation from inside to outside in a vertical duct is caused by the thermal draught and by the wind effect when these motors are sufficient, and thanks to the fan assistance when necessary.

The air is admitted by humidity sensitive air inlets in the habitable rooms (bedrooms and living rooms) ; it is evacuated through wet rooms (toilets, bathroom, kitchen) through humidity sensitive extract grilles (2) which are connected to the assistance fan. These components make it possible to control the airflows according to the needs for each room.

The low energy consumption, low speed of the fan and its non-permanent working provide the hybrid ventilation with real advantages of easy maintenance, energy sobriety, acoustics, airflow performances and reliability.
