28/05/10 : Aereco at Greenbuild Expo 2010
AVL has participated this year again to Greenbuild Expo in Grand Central, Manchester, on 26-27 May. We have displayed our green ventilation solutions, particularly adapted to social housing and retrofitting and showed our Demand Controlled Ventilation presentation. Many thanks for your visit!
04/03/10 : Aereco at Ecobuild 2010
This year again, Aereco was present at Ecobuild at Earl's Court. We have seen a record number of visitors on our stand. Our presentations were focused on the new BXC humidity sensitive/presence detection extract unit, the new EHA2 humidity sensitive acoustic window air inlet, and the benefits of Demand Controlled Ventilation, in particular in comparison with heat recovery units.
See you next year at ExCel!
01/02/10 : New multi-functional extract unit BXC
The BXC gathers all the functions one can request from an air extract unit. At the installation first, as the airflow levels can be set to adapt to specific airflow requirements or to compensate a lack of pressure: a neutral position of the fixed shutter can be easily determined. The commissioning is also facilitated by the presence of a pressure plug which enables measurements and easy calculation of the airflow. The occupant can benefit from different functions (humidity sensitive, presence detection, switch) to adapt automatically the extract airflow. For more information, click here.
15/01/10 : Aereco at Greenbuild Expo 2010 - Stand E17
AVL will participate this year again to Greenbuild Expo in Grand Central, Manchester, on 26-27 May, from 9:30 to 4:00. We will display our green ventilation solutions, particularly adapted to social housing and retrofitting. We are looking forward meeting you!
16/06/09 : Aereco at Greenbuild Expo 2009 - Manchester
Aereco was present at Greenbuild Expo in Manchester on 17th/18th June on stand H10. We have put the focus on a recent study from an independent laboratory that compares our humidity sensitive mechanical extract ventilation systems to heat recovery units. The results show that we are nearly comparable to an 80% heat recovery unit... but for half the cost!
Please contact us for more details or click here.
15/05/09 : Aereco PSV listed by OPP
We are proud to announce that One Planet Living has just listed Aereco Passive Stack Ventilation Systems among the One Planet Products for 2009.
The listed products consist in our GHN Humidity Sensitive extract grille and our STF Ridge Terminal, both used in our Demand Controlled Passive Stack Ventilation systems.
One Planet Products is part of One...
10/03/09 : ECOBUILD 2009
Aereco Ventilation Limited was already present at Ecobuild 2008 to show its innovative energy efficient solutions among which humidity sensitive Passive, Mechanical and Hybrid systems.
This year, the focus has been put on a recent study from an independent laboratory that compared our humidity sensitive mechanical extract ventilation systems to heat recovery units. The results show that we are nearly comparable to an 80% heat recovery unit... but for half the cost! Please contact us for more details.
08/11/07 : Control your airflow thanks to the new AC canopy
The airflow can be now totally controlled by using the new AC external canopy: a patented device limits automatically the excess of ventilation even when the pressure is high (in case of strong wind or on high buildings). Find more information about this new product here.
08/11/07 : Interbuild 2007: A focus on the energy performance of the building
Aereco Ventilation Limited was present at Interbuild 2007 (Birmingham, 10/28/07 - 11/01/07) to show its innovative energy efficient solutions among which humidity sensitive AV and PSV systems. This was also the occasion to discover in preview the new AC, a special canopy which limits automatically the maximum airflow in case of wind.
02/05/07 : Appointment of a new Sales Director
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Hone as Sales Director for Aereco Ventilation Ltd as of 2 April 2007.
Colin is 53 and has an excellent knowledge of the domestic ventilation market, having held several management positions with leading names in the industry.
15/03/07 : V4A, the new very low consumption silent fan
Connecting up to 4 technical rooms, the V4A fan ensures the ventilation of all dwellings, in the most silent way. Its engine with electronic commutation equipment optimizes its consumption, and its acoustic protection allows an installation directly in the habitable space, without creating any embarrassment for the occupants. Ideal for both new constructions and refurbishments, its 'rising' pressure curve guarantees a total compatibility with the humidity sensitive or presence detection extract units.
01/03/07 : VPH2: a new 'easy-to-install' fan
Successor of the VPH fan, the VPH2 central fan revolutionizes the installation. A unique manual clamping is enough to ensure a tight and strong fixing of the insulated sleeves. With its sliding lid, with two possible cable inputs for ICT Ø 16mm and Ø 20mm sleeves and with a 'fast-connector' plug, the VPH2 is easily connected to the electrical network, with no tool needed.
01/02/07 : Airflow controller for EHT wall air inlet
A new accessory is available for the EHT wall air inlet: the ACW airflow controller(ref.AEA064), which allows to limit automatically the airflow to the maximum of 40 m3/h, even when the air inlet is at its maximum opening. Inserted in a D 100mm or D 125mm duct, this accessory is particularly usefull in case of strong wind, as this can occurs frequently in flats located in high buildings.
15/12/06 : CPD Seminars
With the implementation of the Approved Document F on ventilation, we feel that more professionals involved in the building industry should be made aware of the changes.
Please contact us if you are interested in organising a CPD seminar concerning the current / future regulations on ventilation: k.storey@aereco.co.uk
26/04/06 : STF: the integrated ridge vent
Perfectly integrated into the house's roof ridge, the STF Ridge Vent is adapted to main types of ridge tiles. It exhausts the air extracted from the Humidity Controlled Grilles while protecting the inside structure against insects and birds.
