Aereco Ltd. has designed and delivered the mechanical extract ventilation with heat recovery for the Barrack Street project from MCO Architects in Dublin 2. The Consulting Engineer was Arup Consultants in Dublin 4 and the builder of the apartments was O Hanlon Farrell Construction.
The unit used was the WHR250, specifically designed to equip flats and apartments, with a heat recovery efficiency of 90%+.

Aereco Limited supply the world's tallest modular structure
Aereco Ltd. has supplied acoustic humidity sensitive EHA air inlets and coloured acoustic canopies to comply with the noise reduction requirements of this student accommodation building. Built with 805 modules by Vision Modular Structures in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, it is the tallest modular structure in the world, with 24 floors.
